The service management for Counterpoint gives you an ability to manage your service department within the Counterpoint system.
Set up multiple calendar groups. This can be a service tech, truck, etc. which needs to be scheduled
Full schedule calendar with drag and drop
Calendar displays each calendar group/person side by side for each day
View the calendar by day, week or month
Can show or hide any of the calendar group/person as needed
Displays list of jobs (orders) that have not been scheduled and allows the user to drag and drop the job to the tech and time on the calendar
Can change a time for a job by dragging to a new time for the same tech or a different one, or by simply grabbing the box and extending or shrinking the time for the job
Starting a new job creates an order in Counterpoint and maintains all data in Counterpoint
Create new customers in Counterpoint when starting a new job
Add items from Counterpoint to the job
Print a service form or invoice for the job
Print a daily schedule
View and research history for Job (orders) posted in Counterpoint
All service fields (including customized ones) are saved in the Extended table for orders in Counterpoint.
